EI24 Suppresses Tumorigenesis in Pancreatic Cancer via Regulating c-Myc

EI24 attenuates cell proliferation by inducing autophagy to regulate the Beclin-1/p62/c-Myc signaling pathway. (a) Expression level of caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-3 was detected by Western blot.
