Long Time from Diagnosis to Surgery May Increase Postoperative Complication Rates in Elective CD Intestinal Resections: An Observational Study

<div>Postoperative surgical complications between the groups. Higher prevalence of reoperations, surgical site infection, anastomotic dehiscence, abdominal abscess, and overall complications were observed in patients with TS &gt; 5 years. No difference was observed in bowel obstruction.</div>
