(a) An sSBE was inserted into the Treitz ligament, and a urethral stricture caused by peritoneal dissemination was found after contrast-enhanced CT. (b) When the intestine was shortened and an sSBE was inserted into the horizontal portion of the duodenum, free air was found around the right kidney.
