(a) Lower esophageal ulcer with oozing bleeding; (b) endoscopic local injection of a hemostatic agent ( epinephrine saline) to constrict the vessel and placement of a hemostatic clip to close the ulcer; (c) placement of two hemostatic clips to close the ulcer; and (d) placement of five hemostatic clips to close the ulcer.
