The Chilhuacle Chili (<i>Capsicum annuum</i> L.) in Mexico: Description of the Variety, Its Cultivation, and Uses

<div>Cañada Region in the State of Oaxaca, Mexico, the only place in the world where chilhuacle chili is produced. Cañada Region is located within the Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve in southeast Mexico, within the State of Puebla and Oaxaca.</div>
