Molecular Detection of Cucumber Mosaic Virus and Tobacco Mosaic Virus Infecting African Nightshades (Solanum scabrum Miller)

Figure 5

Phylogenetic analysis of Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) isolates, with aligned nucleotide sequences, generated using the neighbor-joining method and MEGA6 software. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (1000 replicates) is shown next to the branches. Kenyan ANS isolates. The tree was rooted using Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV) as an outgroup sequence for the phylogenetic analysis.
