For generating the first line , [NQS]: ; [PRX]: 0.3 10−5  − 2.04 10−5 M; Clark and Lubs buffer solution (pH 9): 1 mL; temperature: 25 ± 5 ; reaction time: 10 minutes. For generating the second line , [NQS]: 1.9 10−3  − 1.9 10 −2 M; [PRX]: 1.37 10−5 M. The other conditions are the same as those employed in generating the first line.
