Brain copper levels (mean ± SEM) in triple transgenic (tg) and wild-type (wt) mice. Brain copper is significantly higher in female wt compared to male wt mice (𝑃=0.03), and a trend to higher brain copper in female tg compared to male tg mice is also evident (𝑃=0.15).
