TrkB Isoforms Differentially Affect AICD Production through Their Intracellular Functional Domains

<table>Cotransfection of TrkB FL with isoforms and mutants alters the TrkB FL effects on APP full-length. TrkB FL transfection increases APP FL levels compared to when TrkB FL is cotransfected with TrkB T, TrkB SHC or TrkB K571M. APP FL levels did not significantly differ between TrkB FL transfected cells and TrkB FL cotransfection with TrkB Y515F or TrkB Y816F. 24 hours BDNF treatment of cotransfected cells did not significantly alter APP FL levels compared to cotransfected but nontreated cells.   </table>
