Knockdown of BACE1-AS Nonprotein-Coding Transcript Modulates Beta-Amyloid-Related Hippocampal Neurogenesis
Effects of siLNA in for BACE1, BACE1-AS and overlap region in Aβ formation and aggregation. The infusion of siLNA for two weeks did not change the total amount of soluble Aβ in hippocampus (a), however, it did change the aggregation pattern (b). The measurement of insoluble Aβ (plaque aggregates) by guanidine extraction showed a significant decrease with BACE1-AS treatment (c-d).
