Schematic presentation of the setup used to measure the propagation speed of detonation waves in the chamber exit. Light-emitting wavefront position was measured in camera images. Unfortunately, the detonation progresses so fast that even with the very high-speed camera in its highest frame speed regime the timing of images was difficult.
