Fabricated antenna and two-third muscle-equivalent phantom for the measurement setup (𝑑 = 10 mm). The phantom for the 2.45 GHz ISM has 𝜀_𝑟 = 35.5 and 𝜎 = 1.3 S/m and that for the 5.8 GHz ISM has 𝜀_𝑟 = 33.2 and 𝜎 = 3.6 S/m.
