Effect of physiological status of the mammary gland on growth and differentiation of xenografts. MCF7/CEACAM1 cells along with hTert/MSC (1 : 1 ratio) in Matrigel were implanted into the inguinal mammary fat pads of eight-week-old female NOD/SCID mice and immediately mated to induce the pregnancy to change the physiological status of mammary gland.
