Comparison of Cantharidin Toxicity in Breast Cancer Cells to Two Common Chemotherapeutics

Viability of breast cancer cells after exposure to 10 µM, 100 µM, or 1000 µM cyclophosphamide. MDA-MB-231 (a), SK-BR-3 (b), or MCF-7 (C) cells were treated for up to 96 hours with either cyclophosphamide or a water control. Significant differences compared to the vehicle control () are indicated.
