Truncated WT1 Protein Isoform Expression Is Increased in MCF-7 Cells with Long-Term Estrogen Depletion

<div>Growth kinetics and effect of tamoxifen on MCF-7 LTED cells. (a) The growth of MCF-7 cells during 27 weeks of estrogen depletion as compared to MCF-7 cells cultured under normal conditions. Cell counts were analyzed at 24 and 48 hours. Each assay was carried out in triplicate with the standard error shown.
