Viability percentage of cells by MTT assays. (a) Primary breast cancer cells. (b) Parental breast cancer stem cells. (c) Breast cancer stem cells were treated with various concentrations of compound 3F1 for 24 h. Cells in control wells were treated with 0.1% DMSO. Cells in the positive control wells were treated with CDDP (cisplatin) at 33 μM, 90 μM, and 120 μM, respectively. Data are presented as the of three independent experiments performed in triplicate. Statistical significance was analyzed by one-way ANOVA and a post hoc Dunnett’s multiple comparison test. and were considered as significantly different from control.
