Generation of Myocardial Wall Surface Meshes from Segmented MRI

The average in-slice distance (D) between the surface meshes generated by the marching cubes and the proposed method is given for each mesh. The in-plane resolution was 1.44 mm × 1.44 mm. The numbers of singularities (M), control points (K), and mesh vertices (V) used to generate the meshes with the proposed method are also reported.
