The second set corresponds to the RNA cytokine expression levels of IL6, IP10, and KC. The third set corresponds to the pulmonary functional parameter 𝑅. The features derived from micro-CT images show the best performance, because higher true positive rates can be obtained for the same false positive rate at most thresholds.
