In (a), the projection of the dataset is orthogonal and the replicas are not shown. In (b) and (c), the volume is rotated and the ghosting artifacts are very apparent in (b) if a nearest-neighbour interpolation scheme is used and highly reduced if a trilinear interpolation filter is applied as shown in (c).
