Mitochondrial suppression induced by CPC-1, CPC-2, and commercial HA. Cytotoxicity was evaluated at three time points 24 hrs, 48 hrs and after 1 wk. Succinic dehydrogenase activity was measured and expressed as a percentage of Teflon Controls (defined as 100%). There were six replicates per condition.
