Oligonucleotide coating stability. Polypropylene sheets were coated with diX AM and oligonucleotides were applied to the coated surface. Oligonucleotides were detected by an ELISA system. Samples were exposed to a constant fluid flow inducing at least 9, 5 N/m2 shear stress on the surface for 1 h .
