Extracts of Clove (Syzygium aromaticum) Potentiate FMSP-Nanoparticles Induced Cell Death in MCF-7 Cells

Cell viability analysis by MTT Assay. The MCF-7 cells were treated with FMSP-nanoparticles alone and with clove extracts. FMSP-nanoparticles with concentrations 1.25 μg/mL, 12.50 μg/mL, 50 μg/mL, 75 μg/mL, and 100 μg/mL, whereas clove extracts with concentration 100 μg/mL were used for 48 hrs. Data are the means ± SD of three different experiments. Differences between two treatment groups were analyzed by Student’s t-test where <0.05, <0.01; <0.001; p-values were calculated by Student’s t-test.
