Cell Death. The percentage of cell death was measured on cell clones He-LGI1-1, -2, and -3 and He-pcDNA3 by LDH assays. Cell death was significantly enhanced in He-LGI1-1 in comparison with control cells (𝑛=22-26; 𝑃=.02), and it was much greater with cell clones He-LGI1-2 and He-LGI1-3 (𝑛=10-26; 𝑃<.001, 22E-18).
