Quantification of LGI1, BCL2, and BAX expression in HeLa cell clones. The net intensity values were determined by densitometry and normalized to the average GAPDH content of each cell sample. The values of BCL2 and BAX are shown as ratio with He-pcDNA3 values. The expression of BCL2 and BAX in all cell clones expressing LGI1 significantly differs from that of pc-DNA3 cells (𝑛=3−6; 𝑃<.01).
