Effect of anti-TGF β1 on fibronectin protein level during soleus and EDL muscle regeneration. Densitometric analysis of immunoblots performed on extracts from control untreated or anti-TGFβ1 treated soleus and EDL muscles at the indicated days after crush. Level found in the corresponding intact muscle was taken as reference (100%). Results are mean SE of 3 independent determinations each of them including 3 animals. Representative immunoblots of fibronectin from control and treated soleus and EDL muscles are also shown. -tubulin was used as control of loading.
