Effect of anandamide on induced oxidative stress in PC12 cells. Cells were treated with 25 M anandamide for 24 hours, followed by treatment with the indicated concentrations of for another 24 hours. Cell viability was assessed by the MTT assay. The data shown are average of two separate experiments ± range.
