We used HPLC system with the reversed-phase column (Shimadzu Shim-Pack CLC-ODS; = 6.0 mm; column length, 150 mm) at the temperature of C. The mobile phase is the same as that of LC/MS; ammonium acetate was used instead of sodium acetate. The UV detector showed the absorbance at 280 nm.
