Proliferation of cultured human GFs induced by addition of bFGF. GFs were seeded at a density of 1.0 × 10³ cells/well. Cell proliferation of cultured GFs with 0 (a), 0.5 (b), and 1.0 (c) ng/mL bFGF was evaluated by measuring BrdU incorporated into the DNA of proliferating cells 3, 5, 7, and 9 days after seeding.
