Relative quantification of TRPV1 at different differentiation times using RT-qPCR. (a) Relative quantification of TRPV1 transcripts using RT-qPCR in hOLCs cells at 7, 14, and 21 days of differentiation, compared to hDPSCs, which were used as baseline, and considered as 1.
