Signed informed consentPregnancy or nursing
Need of an implant overdenture in one archTreatment with intravenous bisphosphonates
Cawood and Howell class III to VISubstance abuse (drugs or alcohol)
Two years after loading follow-upHeavy smokers (≥11 cigarettes per day)
Available radiographs (implant loading and follow-ups)Immediate postextractive implants
Patients refusing guided bone reconstructionIrradiation of the neck or head area in the past 5 years
Need for lip supportPoor oral hygiene (bleeding on probing >25%)
Untreated periodontitis
Absence of teeth in the opposite arch
Allergy or adverse reactions to the restorative materials
Less than two-year follow-up
