Growth control of
the RIN-14B cells by the CCK-2 receptor agonist pentagastrin (PG). Cells were grown for up to 120 hours in the presence of 10M PG.
Medium and PG were changed daily and cells were counted daily for up to 5 days.
Results are the means ± SE of 5 wells
per point in each group.
