Cholecystokinin and Somatostatin Negatively Affect Growth of the Somatostatin-RIN-14B Cells

Growth control of the RIN-14B cells by somatostatin and a specific somatostatin antibody. Cells were grown for up to 120 hours in the presence of 1 nM somatostatin (SS) ± 0.25 g mL−1 of SS antibody (Ab anti-SS) or Ab anti-SS alone.
