The Protective Effect of Beraprost Sodium on Diabetic Cardiomyopathy through the Inhibition of the p38 MAPK Signaling Pathway in High-Fat-Induced SD Rats

Heart weight and the ratio of heart-weight to body-weight in each group. Compared with the CN group, heart weight significantly decreased in the DM group (). Compared with DM group, heart weight increased in the BPS group (). Compared with CN group, the ratio of heart-weight to body-weight increased in both DM group and BPS group (). Compared with DM group, the ratio of heart-weight to body-weight decreased () in BPS group. There was no statistical difference between BPS group and CN group about the ratio of heart-weight to body-weight.
