Dose-dependent effects of 7-methoxycoumarin (a) and osthole (b) on alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity in rat bone marrow stromal cells (rBMSCs) and rat calverail osteoblasts (ROB). rBMSCs and ROB were cultured in osteogenic culture medium and supplied with different doses of 7-methoxycoumarin and osthole. Data were represented by three experiments and shown as the mean ± SD of sextuplicate wells. , represent significant differences between the drug-supplemented groups and the control.
