Expression of transcription factors in TT, ECC10, and COS-7 cells. PCR products were separated by agarose gel electrophoresis and stained with ethidium bromide. Human Nkx2.2, NF-κB (NF-κB (p50)), and RelA (NF-κB (p65)) primer sets were used for TT and ECC10 cells. African green monkey Nkx2.2, NF-κB, and RelA primer sets were used for COA-7 cell. Controls were human GAPDH for TT and ECC10 cells and African green monkey GAPDH for COA-7 cell.
