Analysis of inhibitory effects of different concentrations of FLPNF and NFGAIL on hIAPP aggregation formation by ThT staining. 10 μM hIAPP incubated with 0, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 400 μM FLPNF or NFGAIL in PBS for 24 hours at 37°C.
