Rare Somatic MEN1 Gene Pathogenic Variant in a Patient Affected by Atypical Parathyroid Adenoma

Reduction of nuclear immunoreactivity of menin protein was observed in the neoplastic cell. (c). High-power view (X30) highlights decreased menin expression in neoplastic cells, whereas entrapped parathyroid normal cells maintain strong nuclear menin immunoreactivity.
