Peripheral Spexin Inhibited Food Intake in Mice

The effect of GALR2 antagonist M871 (a) and GALR3 antagonist SNAP37889 (b) on cumulated food intake (0−6 h) induced by i.p. spexin in freely feeding mice during the dark period. M871 (10 nmol/mouse) and SNAP37889 (10 nmol/mouse) were coadministered (i.p.) with spexin (10 nmol/mouse) at the onset of the dark cycle, respectively.
