Analysis of Blimp-1 and PD-1/PD-L1 Immune Checkpoint in an Autoimmune Thyroiditis Animal Model

<div>Foxp3 expressed in each group: (a) highly expressed in control group in the placenta, as revealed by immunofluorescence; (b) lowly expressed in the mTg group in the placenta, as revealed by immunofluorescence; (c) highly expressed in the control group in the spleen, as revealed by immunohistochemistry; (d) lowly expressed in the mTg group in the spleen, as revealed by immunohistochemistry; western blot analysis and statistical results of protein quantification in the placenta (e) and spleen (f).
