Data of triglyceride, glucose, iPTH, and leptin levels showed skewed distribution and therefore were log-transformed before the analysis. Analysis of data was performed using the simple linear regression analysis or multivariable stepwise linear regression analysis (adapted factors were gender, age, height, pre-HD body weight, waist circumference, body mass index, log-triglyceride, albumin, creatinine, log-leptin, urea reduction rate, and Kt/V).
