(a-b) Gross appearance revealing a completely encapsulated and moderately firm round mass measuring 8 × 6 × 6 cm, with a cross section of reddish-brown and ash-gray organized hematoma. (c-d) Pathological examination revealed a resected oval mass measuring 11 × 8 × 6 cm, which was spongy and yellowish with a central area, whitish peripheral capsule, and hard consistency.
