Galectin-3 Inhibitors Suppress Anoikis Resistance and Invasive Capacity in Thyroid Cancer Cells

<div>Effects of galectin-3 inhibitors (GB1107 and TD139) on cell migration and invasion in FTC-133 and 8505C human thyroid cancer cells.
