Effects of GDC0623 on osteoblast proliferation were evaluated by protein expression, CCK-8, and EdU staining assays. (a) Expression levels of PCNA and CyclinD1 were investigated by western blot. (b) Osteoblasts were treated with IL-1β or IL-1β plus GDC0623 for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h. Optical densities of the three groups at 450 nm were determined and analyzed. (c) EdU incorporation assay of the three groups is on the left and statistical analyses of EdU positive cells are on the right.
