miR-124-3p Combined with ANGPTL2 Has High Diagnostic Values for Obese and Nonobese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Figure 1
Expression patterns of miR-124-3p and ANGPTL2 in the serum of obese and nonobese PCOS patients and their clinical diagnostic efficacy. (a, b) Expression patterns of miR-124-3p and ANGPTL2 in serum of obese and nonobese PCOS patients (N = 102) and healthy subjects (control, N = 100) were detected by RT-qPCR. (c) Expression patterns of ANGPTL2 in the serum of obese/nonobese PCOS patients (N = 42/60) and healthy obese/nonobese subjects (N = 32/68) were detected by ELISA. (d, e) ROC curve was adopted to analyze serum miR-124-3p or/and ANGPTL2 in the diagnosis of obese and nonobese PCOS. Data among multiple groups were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons test. .
