Supplementary Material

Supplementary material includes summary statistics for sampled trees in each of the mixed-conifer forest sites in California. Statistics are separated by tree species and include mean, standard deviation, as well as minimum and maximum values for parameters of interest. Additional supplementary materials include original species-specific models for both tree size (DBH) and models incorporating measures of tree vigor (CR/GR), as well as comparative information utilized in final model selection.
