CPSF6 contains an RRM, a proline-rich, and RS domains involved in protein-protein interaction. NUDT21 has two domains: a loop-helix domain and a Nudix domain that binds RNA. CLP1 has N-terminal, central, and C-terminal domains. PCF11 has a CTD interacting domain (CID), a Clp binding domain, and two zinc fingers.
