Transcripts that are found to be differentially regulated in CD8 lung DCs from asthmatic-like versus healthy control mice were analyzed for statistical overrepresentation in KEGG pathway annotations using a one-sided hypergeometric test and Bonferroni value correction. Only KEGG pathways with a value <0.05 were considered to be overrepresented.
