Top 3 overall activating TFs and top 3 overall repressing TFs. On the left side, the three genes which have more inhibiting links—TFAP2C, TFAP2A, and MAZ—are depicted. At the right side, the top 3 activating genes are shown: NFYA, NFYB, and NFYC. It can be observed that the predominance of the green and blue links at the left, meanwhile on the right side, the orange and red links, are more frequent. In the center of this network, we can see the first neighbors of those 6 genes. Links are colored as in Figures 2 and 5.
