The coverage fraction is the number of the genes which are used more than once in all of the genes, and accordingly, the formula is . The ShareNum is the number of a gene used in the subdatasets. For example, in Table 7, the value in the OV-miRNA group with ShareNum 3 and data scale 10 is 1; it means that there is one gene which is used by 3 subdatasets and each subdataset has 10 microRNAs as the attributes.
