Genome-Wide Analysis of the <i>TCP</i> Gene Family in Switchgrass (<i>Panicum virgatum</i> L.)

<div>Chromosomal localization of switchgrass <i>TCP</i> genes. Chromosomal localization of <i>PvTCPs</i> was based on the physical map described in Phytozome v12.0. A total of 38 <i>PvTCPs</i> were anchored onto the chromosomes.
